We aim to provide a safer and secure town centre environment for business owners and visitors through tackling crime and anti-social behaviour. We also provide a welcoming, attractive and accessible city through planting, seasonal light, bunting and maintaining the way finding signage.

Monitoring
We monitor our safety, security and environment targets through:
- Monthly Truro Safe update meeting where police stats are shared
- DISC / Police incident reports
- Attendance and discussion at Shopwatch meetings
- Feedback from City clean-up days
- Awarding level of Britain in Bloom and South West in Bloom entries
