Truro Antiques & Collectables Market 2021

Back for 2021 with ten dates from June to October! We've initiated and helped to deliver the Truro Antiques and Collectables Market featuring: Antiques & Hand Crafted Jewellery, Art, Automobilia, Brass, Ceramics, Copper, Cornish Books, Glass, Jewellery, Militaria, Postcards, Silver and Gold, Small Furniture, Toys & more.
The outdoor antiques markets are alongside the Truro Farmers Market at Lemon Quay on:
  • June - Wednesday 2nd and 23rd
  • July - Wednesday 14th and Saturday 24th

  • August - Wednesday 4th and Wednesday 18th

  • September - Wednesday 1st and Wednesday 15th

  • October - Wednesday 6th and Wednesday 20th

We've worked with Truro Farmers Market, Truro City Council and David Pierce (who coordinates the market traders) to deliver Truro Antiques and Collectables markets. Delighted that auctioneers Bonhams of Truro took up our offer and are have a stall offering free, no obligations valuations for the June and July markets.
We are able to deliver markets of this kind as we purchased market equipment having been awarded Accelerated Capital Funding from the Truro Towns Fund. We're also supporting the Truro Antiques and Collectables Markets by funding and delivering the marketing campaign which includes details on Visit Truro.

We hope the markets will generate new and additional customer footfall into the city that will potentially benefit many other businesses, including hospitality.

Truro Antiques & Collectables Market 2019

Over the summer of 2019, Truro BID initiated and part-fund the Truro Antiques and Collectables Markets on Lemon Quay.

These were on two Wednesdays in August to complement the Truro Farmers Market and help increase footfall. The markets were deemed a success by the traders and created a good buzz on Lemon Quay. Thank you to all the traders who took part.
