Cheaper Parking within Truro City Centre

High Cross Car Park - Updated 18 August 

A reminder that the Truro High Cross Car Park is now owned by Q-Park. 
 
Colleagues working in Truro City Centre can use a discount code to pre-book parking through the Q-Park website (and not currently via an app) to get parking for £4.95 per 24 hours (Monday to Saturday).

High Cross Car Park will soon be available through the Q-Park App, making parking quicker and more convenient. For details and updates on season tickets see: https://www.q-park.co.uk/en-gb/new-car-parks

JustPark Wallet - Parking in Truro for £2.89 a day

JustPark Wallet offers discounted parking in most Cornwall Council long-stay car parks, useful for both commuters and regular Truro visitors.

In Truro, with the JustPark Wallet, you can park in Edward St, Garras Wharf and Moresk (Oakway) long-stay car parks for £2.89 per day. Plus, it can be used in other Cornwall car parks listed: https://tinyurl.com/cornwalljustparkwallet

Download the JustPark App and add at least £35 to your Wallet, to be used within two years. For more details see Cornwall Council's webpage: www.cornwall.gov.uk/justpark

Truro Park and Ride

Truro Park and Ride is an affordable daytime option, with parking onsite at Langarth Park and Tregurra Park from 6.30am to 8.30pm, Monday to Saturday. 

  • It’s not exclusive for those working in the city.
  • Multi-Day Tickets cost from £1.86 per day, based on a 60-day ticket that does not need to be used on consecutive days.
  • Passengers can board the bus at any of the Park and Ride stops along the route. Park and Ride tickets can be bought from the driver or via the Transport for Cornwall App. For details see the Park and Ride webpage.

Free After 4pm Evening Parking 

Both Edward St and Moresk (Oakway) Car Parks are free after 4pm (until 9am).
