NCP Car Parking Offer at High Cross

Truro colleagues working in the city centre can park for up to 24 hours in the NCP High Cross car park for the reduced rate of £4.95 Monday to Saturday, when they enter the Saver ID code into the NCP ParkPass App

Once you have the app, email Truro BID by contacting lindsey.craik@trurobid.co.uk to ask for the Saver ID Code stating where are you working in Truro City Centre. 

Update May 2026 - the previous Saver ID Code has expired, as the NCP had an unexpected issue. Please contact us on the email address above or call the office (01872 273999) for the new code.

The NCP have other car parking options including:

  • Quarterly parking (3 calendar months) costing £275 and Annual parking (12 months) costing £995. For both these options customers can registered two different vehicles.
  • Hybrid options to suit part time employees such as a monthly ticket costing £65 (13 x day parking sessions), a quarterly ticket costing £165 (40 x day parking sessions) and an annual pass costing £595 (156 x day parking sessions).
  • Wider Premier Car Parking bays are also available, costing 50% more than standard bays, and Reserve Named bays costing twice the cost of standard bays can also be purchased. For details contact NCP via email: sales@ncp.co.uk or by calling 0161 817 8960.

JustPark Wallet

The JustPark Wallet lets you pre load funds into a dedicated wallet in the JustPark app at a discounted rate, for you to use when needed.

JustPark is a parking app, website and phone service that allows you to pay for parking in the majority of long-stay Cornwall Council car parks. It is not exclusive to those working in the city centre although is relevant for those who commute, as well as those who regularly visit Truro.

Parking sessions in selected long-stay car parks with JustPark Wallet are currently £2.89 for one day in Truro. Once you purchase a JustPark Wallet you can choose to park in the following long stay car parks in Truro: Edward Street, Garras Wharf and Moresk car parks, so you are no longer limited to just one car park location.
 
Each parking session runs for the day when its required. You will need to pre-load the Just Park Wallet with at least £35 which needs to be used within two years and as well as parking in Truro, you can choose to park in any of the long stay Cornwall Carparks listed here. Truro Park and Ride

Truro's Park and Ride is open Monday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays) and is another affordable parking option if you work in Truro during the day. It is not exclusive for those working in the city centre.

Parking on site is available at both Langarth Park and Tregurra Park between the hours of 6.30am to 8.30pm, Monday to Saturday. Multi-DayTickets to travel on the Park and Ride cost as little as £1.74 per day (based on purchasing a 60 day ticket which doesn't have to be used on consecutive days).
